Thinking of selling your car in West End but want to sell it fast – or oven today – with minimum fuss?

I have been running my own small automotive buying and selling business for many years now and West End in Brisbane is a suburb I have bought dozens of cars from.

I live locally not far away in Norman Park and often if there is a car needing a buyerin West End, all you need is to give me a call or fill in the form on the homepage and I can catch an Uber over, pay you cash, and take your car with me all done and dusted.

Am I Licensed To Buy and Sell Cars?

Unfortunately, the car industry certainly has a few scallywags operating in it.

You may have heard of the unlicensed buyers and sellers operating with fake Gumtree and Carsales accounts.

These guys often deal in the “cut and shut” variety of used cars which have previously been written-off and fixed up for sale to unwary buyers.

I don’t get involved in any of this nonsense.

I am licensed with the Office of Fair Trading. You can look me up with license number 3619318 on the Fair Trading website.

My business model is simple.

The process I outline here:

How Can I sell My Car Fast?

Most people loathe the process of selling a car in Brisbane.

The main reasons are it can take a lot of time and cost a lot of money.

When you decide to sell your car, there are a few things you need to do if you intend to sell it privately.

Firstly, is it in the best condition it can be.

Buyers when they come to kick tyres are very fickle.

Is your car clean and have the little bits of damage been attended to – e.g. scratches, small broken parts, paint lustre, engine bay cleanliness, etc.

Just do a search on for the model car you have and check out the competition.

Buyers coming to look at your car will be comparing quality and price with quite literally dozens of others. How does yours compare?

Then there is preparing the car for roadworthy or otherwise known as a RWC.

This is the compulsory mechanical inspection required prior to selling your car.

Not only do they cost $100 and you will need to take time out of your day to arrange it, any defects are required to be fixed prior to listing for sale.

Tyres are almost always picked on. And they are expensive to replace. Think upwards of $500 for a set of 4.

Then there is the taking of photographs – decent ones to compete – then paying and posting for one or more online advertisements.

THEN you have random people coming to your house at random times (if they even turn up) in their rounds of looking at and test driving cars.

With me it is so much easier.

You give me a call, we arrange to meet to inspect your car.

I make you a cash offer.

You accept, I pay either with cash or usually with a direct transfer from my merchant Commonwealth Bank account.

We spend 10 minutes filling in a “Vendor’s Statement” where you are legally signing that you own the car and you sell it to my business.

It doesn’t matter if the registration is running out – or has even run out.

Nor do you need to get a RWC.

When you sell your car to me, as a licensed motor dealer, these things become my problem – not yours.

I make the whole process of buying and selling used cars in West End quick and simple.

If you live in West End and the car you want to sell quickly, today, fast, soon or now is located here, just give me a call. Perhaps you can drop by my shed or I may be able to come to you.

Or you can simply fill in the basic details of your used car you want to sell in West End by filling out the used car details form on the homepage.
