Deceased Estates

I would normally write my posts quite upbeat, but having acquired cars from quite a few deceased estates over the years, it’s not an upbeat sort of service I provide.

But an essential one for families in this time all the same.

If you have found this post, there’s a good chance you have done a Google search on something like “deceased estate sell car quickly brisbane” or something like this right?.

This is how Mrs M found me.

Her husband quite unexpectedly died at only 64 years old.

Mr M was a keen fisherman and loved his toy.

It was a green 2004 Mitsubishi Pajero with all the good stuff on it and kept in great condition.

Obviously this car was no longer useful and the family decided it was to go – and quickly.

They said they couldn’t bear to see it in the garage anymore.

Just on this point, I met and dealt with 3 family members – 2 daughters and the grieving Mrs M.

Obviously the daughters wanted what was best for their mother and didn’t want to be ripped off by an unscrupulous car buyer.

I am not new in this business and if I’m good at anything, it is reading people and reacting appropriately.

Although I didn’t have it in writing, both daughters complimented me on making the process easy and taking special care with Mrs M – whilst being especially careful not to be patronising nor trite in any way.

Mrs M decided to sell her car too which was a 2006 Mazda 6 – bright yellow in colour.

I was able to do a deal on both cars and remove them from the property with my business partner carefully and discretely at the time nominated by the daughters.

Obviously some paperwork has to be done – especially considering the Pajero was not in Mrs M’s name. If you find yourself in a similar situation, I can guide you through the whole process. Just call me on 0411 362 229 and I will be happy to explain everything you need to know about liquidating car assets from deceased estates with the utmost of care.
